Transumbilical breast augmentation (Los Angeles / Fresno) or belly button breast augmentation. This patient's post-operative photos were taken only about a month later. These breasts will definitely drop and look even better over about another month or two. I asked her if she was getting more attention after her implant surgery, and she said: "Dr. Yoho, you have no idea..." Note: her nipples are not at the same height either before or after the surgery and she decided to have the through the belly button procedure and accept the assymetry in order to not have any scars on her breast. She could have had a scar around one or both nipples and had a more even result.
