Breast Augmentation: belly button, Breast Implantation / Augmentation, Tummy Tuck / Abdominoplasty Before & After Photos

Case performed in Pasadena surgical center by Dr. Yoho on this Los Angeles woman. This case is an abdomenoplasty or tummy tuck performed by Dr. Yoho. She is an excellent candidate and is in her late 20's. Her skin (as seen best in the "before" oblique view) is very, very loose, and it was tightened significantly by her procedure. Loose skin was pulled in from the sides as well as the tightening done in the vertical direction. Note that in the "after" photo, the scar is still only a few months old and it should lighten up considerably. It is higher on one side than the other because one hip is higher than the other. Watch for photos by other surgeons who hide the scar with special panties or garments. There is always a scar. The patient also had breast implants through the belly button, transumbilical breast augmentation (Los Angeles / Fresno) that filled out this now beautiful figure. She also originally had arm liposuction, but the results are not well depicted here because of the arm position. There was no oblique "after" photo taken, so a blurred image is shown. Note: we show this scar so patients will understand just what they are going to get. Check any other website: the vast majority don't show these scars and cover them up. Also notice the vertical position of the new belly button (umbilicus). The old belly button had saggy skin drooped over top of it, and didn’t look good. Dr. Yoho believes that the best surgical belly buttons are pulled inward slightly so the scar is concealed.
