These implants are still a little high and will sink a little lower over the next few months. This is a typical post operative course for under-the-muscle implants, which tend to ride high at first. This implant procedure was done through the belly button and has no visible scars. This patient could have had a breast lift, but didn't want the scars. This is referred to as transumbilical breast augmentation (los angeles / fresno) or belly button breast augmentation.
