This is a case where the patient decided to have only a thousand grafts and had them spread over his entire frontal scalp, and this result is an improvement but he obviously needs more density. He looks better from a frontal view with his head up but we show this view not only to disguise his identity but also to honestly show the kind of thickness that you can achieve with a thousand grafts over such a large area. I would recommend for this sort of patient to have at least 2000 grafts, done at once, in another session and I think his density would be appropriate.

He was, however very happy with his result and he felt that some hair was much better than very little hair.
