Dr. Yoho treats their condition, called gynecomastia, or "woman-like breasts," to restore a flat, smooth look to the chest. His innovative approach also avoids the scars men often end up with around the nipples. In doctor Yoho's view a flat chest isn't enough: "Men deserve to have nice nipples too!"
Dr. Yoho's male breast reduction procedure involves tiny incisions in the armpit or in the crease where the breast meets the chest wall. He performs liposuction and removes gland tissue with a special instrument without ever cutting the nipple or areola. Bruising is normally moderate and scars usually blend in well after healing.
