Dear Dr. Yoho, Judy, and Staff, It's taken me over a week to write this thank-you. Probably because, those words seem to simple for all I've experienced due to your help. I've been given a chance to like my body; something I have never known until now. Through the years, I have gained and lost weight- but even at my goal weight, I never had a form. Dear Dr. Yoho, Judy, and Staff, I just had to write to let you know how absolutely thrilled I am with my lipo procedure! Thanks a million times over! I feel I have an A+ body which could only have come from an A+doctor. YOU'RE THE BEST!!! On my first consultation with you and Judy and your staff I knew I was going to choose your office to have my liposuction done. My husband and I were so impressed. Dear Dr. Yoho and Judy, and Brandy, I'm sorry this letter is so long in coming. It seems the holiday mania has lasted through much of January. Still it has very much been on my mind to write you both a letter of thanks. From the moment I consulted you about liposuction, until now my recovery period your staff has been wonderful. Kenneth Dear Brandy and Robert Yoho, As you may know this is not my first experience with a hair transplant procedure. I have experienced the very best of procedures as well as the mediocre an although I cannot vouch for the final results, I feel compelled to express my impression of your staff. Dear Dr. and Mrs. Yoho, I want to thank you for all that you have done for me.Since my teen years I have felt self-conscious about the way that my body looked because of my out-of-proportion thighs. Even as a girl, I knew that my body was changing differently than others my age, and I could not wear normal clothes and swimsuits that all of my friends were wearing. I became a "master of disguise" and by my by adulthood, I had almost perfected this craft. Secretly, though, I carried a lot of frustration and shame; I could not find pants or skirts that fit me and I was paranoid that people were looking at my disproportionate figure. After working out for years, and establishing myself as a "health nut" amongst my friends, my thighs never lost even an eighth of an inch! Diets, personal trainers, intensive long-term treks, and weight training changed not a thing. The tears I've cried in frustration and defeat are countless (even now, as I write this, I'm crying at the memory of how hopeless I felt). At age 29, I had finally given up. Though not a believer in the "cosmetic surgery mentality", I gave in and began my search. I probably scoured every web site of every cosmetic surgeon in the greater Los Angeles and Orange County area! I called several doctors, visited offices, and spoke with associates who had had work done themselves. When I spoke with them, however, I felt judged and very out of place. One doctor even told me all that other things I needed done (things that I had never felt self-conscious about before)! I ran across your site and poured over every word and photograph. I had a feeling, that your office was the place for me- but I didn't want to jump into anything too quickly, so I made an appointment. I instantly adored Judy from our first consultation! What an intelligent, compassionate, and genuine human being she is! "If this woman chose Dr. Yoho as her husband, I could trust him as my surgeon," was my thought. I was right. Upon meeting Dr. Yoho, I was impressed by his charisma. Could there actually be a cosmetic surgeon who is also a "real" person? After the facades of plastic smiles and sickeningly "calm" voices I'd visited with before, here was a man with a broad smile and cheerfully booming voice! Accompanying the doctor were his brilliant and upbeat P.A.s- true gentlemen with equally authentic personalities. Yes- this was the place for me. Since then, I have been pampered by your assistants and nurses beyond what I ever thought possible. They have smothered me with smiles and cared for me before, during, and after surgery with nothing but the most tender of care. I went into this experience with great anxiety. However, I leave with a body that I am proud to call mine, and the journey that your staff has taken me on to achieve this has been blessed. You have shown me that the world of cosmetic surgery is not always shallow, but can be filled with kindness and authenticity. My life is changed forever. I can fit into clothes that are proportionate. I feel more confident and don't obsess about how I look all the time. I delete less photographs of myself and feel less self- conscious about writing on the chalkboard in front of my students. These instances, and so many more, used to make me feel ugly and embarrassed, but do no longer - thanks to you and your staff. There is no amount of thanks, Dr. and Mrs. Yoho... I am truly at a loss for words. You have forever changed my life, and I am indebted to you for this. If there is anything that I can ever do for you - just say the word. You made me feel comfortable for my first surgery. That many other places stated I needed tummy tuck, just to get more money. I don’t think you need to improve anything regarding your office.
I chose you, because of great references of people that have had surgery here, and I would highly recommend anyone also. I can't think of any changes that need to be made. Just "Don't Change Anything", staff, doctors, everyone gets an "A" from me.
